Trial and corporate attorney turned author David Baldacci appears at the National Book Festival. Baldacci's latest release, "First Family" (2009), is also a best-seller. With more than 50 million copies in print worldwide, his books have been published in more than 40 languages and in more than 80 countries. A tireless advocate for literacy and the importance of reading, he is the co-founder, with his wife, of the Wish You Well Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting literacy efforts across America. He lives in Virginia.
