Funnymen Stuart Hample and Dick Cavett present Hamples book Dread & Superficiality: Woody Allen as Comic Strip. Hample, a chronic self-doubter, writer, cartoonist, and "multi-media failure," has written, edited, and illustrated more than two-dozen books, including the international bestseller Children's Letters to God. Cavett was the host of The Dick Cavett Show and is the co-author of two books, Cavett (1974) and Eye on Cavett (1983). He has appeared on Broadway in Otherwise Engaged, Into the Woods and as narrator in The Rocky Horror Show, and has made guest appearances in movies and on TV shows including Forrest Gump and The Simpsons. Currently he writes on the Opinionator blog for the New York Times. This event was held on November 23rd 2009.
